        Hello friends do you know what's wheat free food and what is gluten in food and what are the symptoms that you see when you should start gluten free(Wheat free) food in your diet.so here is your answers!!!

        I have Celiac disease. I was severally anaemic.I have done so many medical tests but I was not able to  find the cause of my anaemia and Diarrheas .Thank fully I came to know my anaemia and diarrheas is because of gluten.gluten makes my bowls not to absorb any nutritions.so I was very thin also.I had some fertility issue also.but after I started my gluten free diet I am not anaemic anymore and with the gods grace has kids also.and I can answer this topic related queries.so feel free to ask.

           now many people have this gluten allergies but they cant diagnosed it.many of a thousand people may have this allergies but they don't have this symptoms like Diarrheas or anything.you should diagnose your body symptoms and start a strict gluten free diet.here I say strict because you need to take very much precautions to avoid get ill.

        

What is wheat free or gluten free? 

        gluten is the one name given to the protein found in various grains.it allows grains to hold their shapes.It work like a glue.

What are the symptoms of gluten intolerance?

        When you eat gluten the immune reaction to eating gluten creates inflammation that damages the small intestines lining, leading to medical complications.It also prevents absorption of some nutrients.that leads to malabsorption.

The classic symptom is 

diarrhoea, 

bloating, 

wind, 

fatigue, 

low blood count (anaemia) and osteoporosis. 

Many people have no symptoms.

    

What are the foods to avoid and you can eat in gluten intolerance?

                Wheat free foods (you can eat)

          1 most dairy products
          2 Gluten free flours(millet,juwar,rajgara)  
          3 fruit and vegetables
          4 meat and fish
          5 potatoes
          6 rice and rice noodles
          7 corn, soy and potato starch
                
               Foods with gluten (you can't eat)

          1 wheat
          2 spelt
          3 rye
          4 barley
          5 bread
          6 pasta
          7 cereals
          8 package food sometimes
          9 chocolates that are not gluten free
         10 biscuits
         11 many fast food items

Gluten free Dhokla



Ingredients

  • 3 cups of rice
  • 1 and 1/2 cup of chana dal
  • 2 tsp fenugreek seed
  • 1/2 cup dahi(sour yogurt)
  • 4-5 green chillies
  • 7-8 garlic cloves
  • coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • oil for greasing
  • 2 tsp baking soda
Process
  • Take a bowl and mix rice and dal.
  • wash it twice or thrice
  • soak them for 2 hours
  • whenever you want to make this recipe you need to start preparing one night before.
  • now drained out all water and a make a coarse paste by adding it to yogurt,garlic and green chillies.
  • now keep aside this mixture for one night or 6 to 7 hours.
  • after that we can see fermentation is there.
  • now add salt to taste.
  • add turmeric powder,fenugreek seeds and chopped coriander leaves
  • mix it well.
  • now take out some mixture in small bowl and add a 1/2 tsp of baking soda to it and mix it well.
  • meanwhile keep ready your boiler.
  • take a steel or aluminium plate and grease with oil.pour that mixture into plate and put it to boiler.
  • flame must be medium to low.
  • after 10-15 minutes take out the plate and let it cool for a while.make small pieces and serve hot with groundnut oil and garlic chutney.
